Terms of Service
Effective October 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Tyldan Labs LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“Tyldan,” “we,” “us”), which operates Signals at signalsapp.io (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Signals is not investment advice
Signals is an information and charting tool. Tyldan is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other asset.
Trend models, signal labels, setup rankings, screens, alerts, market breadth, and Signals AI answers are produced by general-purpose calculations applied the same way to everyone. They do not consider your finances, objectives, or risk tolerance. Past or modeled performance does not predict future results. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional before making them. Our Market Data and Investment Disclaimer is part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility and your account
The Service is offered only to residents of the United States. To use it, you must be a U.S. resident, at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract. We may suspend or close an account we reasonably believe does not meet these requirements. You agree to give us accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly through our contact form if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Subscription and billing
Subscription and price. Using the Service requires a subscription, unless you are on a trial. The price and billing period are shown to you before you subscribe and in your confirmation. Prices are plus applicable sales tax. Before you confirm, we show you the price, the tax, and the date of your first charge.
Trials and offers. We may offer free trials or reduced prices. The terms of a trial or offer, including how long it lasts and what happens when it ends, are shown to you when you accept it. Each person may have one free trial. When a trial or offer ends as described, moving to the regular price is not a price change under these Terms.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. At the start of each monthly period we charge the payment method on file the monthly price plus applicable tax.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
No refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months and unused time, except where the law requires otherwise. We may give a refund at our discretion.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will try again over the following days, and you keep access while we do. If the payment still cannot be collected, your subscription is cancelled and your access ends. Your account and content are kept, and subscribing again restores access.
Price changes. We may change the subscription price. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and it takes effect at your first renewal after that notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. You give your payment details to Stripe directly, and we do not receive or store your full card number.
4. Market data and third-party content
The Service displays market data, company information, analyst ratings, public disclosures, news, and other content that comes from third parties. That content may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and it is provided “as is” for your personal information only. Third-party providers may require their own attribution or terms, which apply to your use of their content. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
5. Signals AI
Signals AI is an assistant that answers questions about the Service and your Signals data using a third-party artificial intelligence model. Its answers are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. It is not designed to give, and you must not rely on it for, investment advice. Do not enter sensitive personal information, such as account numbers or government identifiers, into Signals AI. How conversations are stored, reviewed, and shared is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you put into the Service, such as watchlists, trade journal entries, notes, alerts, saved screens, and Signals AI questions (“Your Content”). You give us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to provide it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit data or content from the Service, including market data;
- scrape, crawl, or access the Service by automated means, or use it to build a competing product or dataset;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the security, rate limits, or usage limits of the Service;
- reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly permits it;
- use the Service to break any law, including securities laws, or to infringe anyone’s rights; or
- attempt to make Signals AI produce content that breaks these Terms.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, design, and the Signals name and logo, belongs to Tyldan or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account through our contact form. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if your use creates risk for us or others, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we will give you notice first. Sections 1, 4, 6 (for the license needed to complete deletion), and 10 through 14 survive termination.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service and all content in it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, timeliness, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tyldan and its members, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Tyldan against claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us through our contact form and try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.
14. General
We may change, add, or remove features of the Service at any time.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Market Data and Investment Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect and, where required, ask you to accept it. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the Terms last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
